Crescent Public School started functioning in 1997 in a humble way under “Crescent Charitable Society” at “Puthiyodu” near Chaliyam town. The Crescent Charitable Society was reconstituted as “Hajee A.P. Bava Charitable Trust “ in 2002 under the guidance and patronage of late Hajee A.P. Bava Sahib.
The school was shifted to the present spacious and comfortable location at ‘Vattaparambu’ on Chaliyam Kadalundi road in 2003. Crescent Public School got CBSE affiliation in the year 2006 and was upgraded to the senior secondary level in 2008
The school strictly follows the syllabus in accordance with CBSE, New Delhi. The medium of instruction is English, other languages like Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic also will be taught.
